In his new book, Colin Fox of the Scottish Socialist Party makes the case for peace and a negotiated settlement to the war in Ukraine, as opposed to incessant warmongering.

Colin will be available to sign copies of 'War and Peace in Ukraine; a socialist perspective' in 'Words and Actions for Peace' on Tuesday 23rd April at 7pm.

The book condemns Putin's 2022 invasion of Ukraine whilst also accusing NATO of being a belligerent relic of the Cold war which was centrally involved in the right-wing coup that overthrew the democratically elected government of Viktor Yanukovych in 2014.

This is a war Ukraine simply cannot win concludes the author who advises President Zelensky and the Ukrainian people to seek a political settlement rather than allow another 400,000 young conscripts to be thrown onto the funeral pyre.
